    Responsibilities

    • In accordance with applicable federal/state requirements conducts full cycle recruitment process for all professional-level personnel including: job fairs, tracking requisitions, ad placement, applicant logs, screening, reference checking, pre-employment background/screening, and offer letters to ensure compliance.
    • Responsible for recording and reporting on recruitment activities using the applicant tracking system.
    • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
    • Keeps up to date with recruitment trends, techniques and services. 
    • Develop and maintain good working relationships with hiring amanagers and employees at all levels. 
    • Ensure staffing goals are met in all three agency companies in a timely/efficient manner.
    • Works cooperatively with managers to select ideal candidates for interview.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in healthcare industry preferred and knowledge of up-to-date recruitment techniques.
    • Previous use of applicant tracking systems required. Knowledge of iCIMS preferable.
    • Experience with use of social media platforms for recruiting activities a must. 
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; high degree of accuracy, and sense of urgency.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
    • Proficient in computer programs such as Word and Excel.
