    Do you want to become part of our growing agency? This position is for the recruiter that wants to excel as an integral member of our Talent Acquisition team.


    The Recruiting Assistant scans, edits and imports resumes and data into the company's applicant tracking system and knowledge base. This position may also conduct resume and application prescreening for recruiters, checking references and assist with on boarding process. This position will be responsible for maintaining the Agency’s presence on various social media sites and will be tasked with monitoring and soliciting employee feedback regarding the recruitment, onboarding and employment experience. This position will also stay abreast of trends and updates in the recruiting realm to ensure that the team is staying ahead of the curve in their recruitment efforts.




    1. Assists recruiters in calling and scheduling candidates for interviews and onboarding.
    2. Assists recruiters in obtaining references and any necessary paperwork for new hires.
    3. Maintains agency social media presence and conducts regular updates and recruiting announcements via various platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Glassdoor.
    4. Assists in data entry and reporting using the applicant tracking system.
    5. Prescreens candidates to determine the most qualified and promising candidates according to minimum and preferred qualifications.
    6. Processes form letters generated by the applicant tracking system.
    7. Purges the database when required.
    8. Demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of what to report to the supervisor or Director of Quality Improvement when concerns of corporate compliance arise.

    5. Good organization skills.
    6. 2 years recruiting experience preferred
