Are you looking for an interesting and dynamic position in the growing field of home health care?


 The Talent Acquisition Manger acts as a primary resource to human resources staff for recruitment/staffing issues and specific training needs. Assists VP/HR in daily coordination of the staffing process. 


  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
  • Keeps up to date with recruitment products/services
  • Evaluate advertising options and make recommendations
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with HHF leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team memebers to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
  • Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates
  • Collaborates with Hiring managers.
  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state of the Art recruiting practices.
  • Communicates with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale and source new candidate leads.
  • Negotiates terms of contracts and vendors when needed.
  • Coordinates recruitment events as needed. 


  • Minimum of 5+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in the Healthcare Industry required.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
